WELCOME!
I help organizations grow and scale by transforming complexity into disciplined execution. With a background across engineering, business management, talent development, and military leadership, I bring an integrated approach to strategy, operations, and people development. As a lifelong learner, I focus on building resilient organizations designed to grow beyond their current limits.

C. Jason Hollan
ENGINEERING & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE
My career has progressed from designing products to building teams, leading businesses, and helping organizations scale. Over more than 20 years, I have held increasingly senior leadership roles spanning engineering, operations, project and program management, quality, security, product development, and customer-facing operations across commercial, industrial, and defense organizations. I have led $100M+ portfolios, managed P&L operations and geographically dispersed teams, built new organizational capabilities, and developed the processes and management systems needed to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
Across these experiences, a consistent theme has been solving the organizational challenges that emerge as businesses and missions become larger and more complex. My approach combines technical understanding with business judgment, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on building scalable systems that improve execution and performance. My parallel career as a U.S. Army Reserve officer has further shaped that approach through command leadership and experience operating in complex joint, interagency, and multinational environments.
