Leadership experience includes commanding at the Company and Battalion levels as well as directing combined and joint staffs. Selected as the first Junior Officer Consultant for a policy board at the Pentagon and one of only 2% of officers to be promoted a year early to the rank of Major. Overseas experience includes serving as a Command Engineer for a Special Operations Task Force with responsibility for portfolio management of mission-critical projects and serving as a liaison to foreign militaries and various US agencies. Have also taught professional military education courses in Europe and Africa to US and International Military Students

Served as Engineering liaison to cross-functional groups on enterprise-level performance management teams. Managed the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and oversaw intern and university recruiting efforts.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technical writers, project managers, and installation technicians. Responsible for all aspects of new product development including testing, certification, manufacturing engineering, and documentation. As Services Director, managed our customer service and product installation departments. Responsibilities included profit/loss for product installation business, customer success, and subcontractor management. Managed combined budgets of $7.5MM with annual revenue of $35MM and a staff of 100 in 5 states.
